1. Change of Mind (Customer Remorse) — 30 Days

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it within 30 days from the day after delivery.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be new, unused and undamaged

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories (if applicable)

  • Have any manufacturer seal unopened (when applicable)

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@ozzariaustralia.com. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return shipping for change of mind is the customer’s responsibility.


2. Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Item — 30 Days

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will replace it at no cost to you.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the order at support@ozzariaustralia.com. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or an alternative resolution.

This also covers products that become faulty within 30 days of delivery.


3. Christmas Extended Returns

Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th may be returned until January 31st, under the same conditions listed above.


4. Return Procedure

Before sending any item back, contact us at support@ozzariaustralia.com. We will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Once approved, please:

  • Pack the item securely

  • Include all accessories and original packaging

  • Return it using the instructions provided by our team

Unapproved returns will not be processed.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing begins immediately.
If you no longer wish to keep your item, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process above.


6. Lost Shipments

If your parcel has not arrived 2 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@ozzariaustralia.com.

We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.


7. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to be processed and will be sent to the original payment method.


8. Warranty

All products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

If you detect a defect during the warranty period, contact us at support@ozzariaustralia.com, and we will repair or replace the item.
