While we use reasonable efforts to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return an item, you must wait to receive it and then follow our return process.
Item Not Received
